Triangle Modern Quilt Guild is a chapter of The Modern Quilt Guild serving the Triangle area (Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Chapel Hill) of North Carolina. Our purpose is to encourage development of members’ skills, and educate the community in modern and nontraditional quilting.
We gather monthly for lectures, hands-on workshops and to share our work with our fellow quilters. Guild meetings are held the second Sunday of each month (except December). Our meetings are held at the Brier Creek Community Center which is located 10810 Globe Road, Morrisville.
Our specific goals are:
- Develop and encourage the art of modern quilting
- Offer educational opportunities through classes, workshops and sharing of information at monthly meetings
- Provide opportunity for community support through donations of quilts and other opportunities
New members are welcome to join at any time. Membership years begin on February 1 and end on January 31 of the following year. Read additional information about membership.
