July Guild Meeting

Our July 14 guild meeting is a sew-in! Bring along your sewing machine and a project or just some handwork and sit and chat with other guild members while you sew. We are meeting at the Brier Creek Community Center from 3 – 5 pm. We will have ironing and cutting stations, as well as make & takes.

We will also be working on our community quilt for QuiltCon 2025 Phoenix. We are using a quilt design (with permission) by Daisy Aschehoug @warmfolk. (See photos of her version.) The first task is to sew forty-eight 12” strip blocks which will then be transformed into large drunkard path blocks! We would love for as many members as possible to participate in the creation of our community quilt. If you’d like to contribute, bring your sewing machine and light colored thread  and grab a block kit. 

Guild meetings are held the 2nd Sunday of the month from 3 – 5 pm at the Briar Creek Community Center, 10810 Globe Rd, Morrisville.
