Our Guild QuiltCon Community Challenge Quilt – Kaleidoscope

We are excited to share our guild’s QuiltCon entry for the MQG Community Outreach Challenge. The challenge prompt was symmetry and we choose 4 of the 8 possible colors. Kaleidoscope was designed by Patty @elmstreetquilts and quilted by Carrie @lovebugdoodles.

Thanks to all the members who joined us during our two sew days to make blocks and assemble the quilts including Anett E., Catie R., Cassandra B., Caitlin C., Charles C., Collette K., Donna M., Erin B., Erica W., Gail H., Joann I.,Julie P., Karen W., Lori A., Laura G., Laura P, Michelle B., Pat C., Patty D., Robin T., Sharon C., Stacy W., and Vicki P. A pattern for Kaleidoscope will be available soon. We intend to enter the quilt in the NC State Fair in 2024 and then donate the quilt to a child in the Durham Foster Care program.
