We had over 90 blocks and 2 winners for our February crumb block and are excited to announce our March block is a Light/Dark Log Cabin. This is a great opportunity to try out new designs and techniques while seeing how your guildmates interpret the prompt.
Every month, we’ll announce a quilt block for members to make for the following month’s guild meeting. You can make as many blocks as you want and for every block you make, you will be entered into a drawing for ALL THE BLOCKS! From there, winners can let their creativity fly with the block winnings.
There will be specific instructions every month but here’s a few rules for participating in the Block Lottery:
Rules:
Follow the guidelines for the block announced at each meeting
- Use quilt store quality cotton for your blocks unless announced otherwise
- 1 block = 1 entry into the lottery; bring all completed blocks to the meeting to be eligible for the drawing
- Multiple winners may be drawn depending on the number of blocks submitted
- Have fun!
