Have you ever wished a pattern designer would take an idea from your head and write you a pattern? Have you ever looked at your design wall and said I have no idea how to even start assembling this? In this class you will learn the principles and options for construction that will take the idea from your head or design wall into reality. Learn how to look for shapes / patterns, identify method(s) of construction, and define seam lines. We will explore specific methods of construction such traditional piecing, foundation piecing, improv pricing, and applique. This class is designed for confident quilters who are looking to start designing their own works.
The workshop will be August 30 from 2 – 5 pm at Cary Quilting.
Member registration opens Saturday, August 1 at 10 am.
