Description: Create an English Paper Pieced (EPP) flower using 1 inch hexagon paper pieces
Block Size: Hexie Flower with 1″ peices
Fabric: Two (2) contrasting fabrics (suggested amounts: Seven (7) 2.5 in. x 2.5 in. pieces, six (6) squares of one fabric for the “petals” and one (1) square of the other fabric for the flower center.

Baste fabric around your 1 inch hexagons using the basting method of your choice
Hand sew your pieces together
Starting by attaching one side of a “petal” to one side of the flower center
Remove the center piece and sew the petals together
